4 Mars Bars
100g Unsalted Butter
3 cups Rice Bubbles
200g milk or dark chocolate
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Grease and line with baking paper a slice tin.
Place Mars Bars and the butter in a saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes.
Place Rice Bubbles in a large heatproof bowl and add the Mars Bar mixture and stir to combine.
Press firmly into the pan and put in the fridge to cool.
When it’s cool, combine the chocolate and oil until chocolate is melted and smooth. If you don’t have an induction stovetop then place a bowl over a medium saucepan of simmering water to melt the chocolate.
Spread the chocolate mix over the the slice. Refrigerate until set.
Use a hot knife to cut into small bars.
