- 1 packet Lebanese bread/pita bread
- Grated parmesan (buy the parmesan in the cylindrical packet as fresh parmesan will make the bread soggy)
- Margarine (or spray olive oil)
- Smoked paprika
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C
